UK Standard Delivery | 3-5 Working Days

Every order is handcrafted to order and delivered using Royal Mail Tracked 48. This 3-5 working day timeframe includes both our manufacturing time and Royal Mail’s delivery service. Please note that Tracked 48 is a guide service from Royal Mail, delivery times may vary depending on your location and aren’t guaranteed. (Sorry, no P.O. Boxes.)

UK Express Delivery | 2-3 Working Days (Guaranteed)

Need your case urgently? Our express service is the only guaranteed delivery option we offer. Your order jumps to the top of our production queue and is delivered within 2-3 working days via Royal Mail Special Delivery or DPD. This is our recommended service if you need your display case by a specific date.

International Standard Delivery | 7-10 Working Days (Guide)

We ship worldwide using tracked international postal services. Delivery times vary by location, but typically orders to the USA, Australia, and Canada arrive 7-10 working days after we ship them. Please note this is a guide only, we can’t control customs processing times, which vary by country and can add additional days to your delivery.

Please Note: All deliveries to USA are sent DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) so our customers do not have to pay any further customs or taxes.

International Express Delivery | 24-48 Hours After Dispatch

For guaranteed rapid international shipping, choose our express service. Orders are sent via DHL Express and typically arrive 24-48 hours after dispatch from our warehouse. Your order also jumps to the top of our production queue.

Order Cut-Off Times & Working Days

Orders placed before 5pm Monday-Friday will begin production the next day. Orders placed after 5pm or at weekends will begin production 2 working days later. Please note that we don’t manufacture or ship on weekends or bank holidays—these days aren’t included in our delivery timeframes.
