Each Bright Ivy case is made to order in the UK, then carefully packaged and shipped with Royal Mail to arrive safely at your door. Once your order leaves our workshop, you’ll receive tracking updates straight to your inbox so you can follow its journey.

Bank Holiday Notice
Delivery timeframes are based on working days. Orders placed around UK bank holidays may experience slight delays due to non-working days in production and courier services.

UK Standard Delivery | 3–5 Working Days
All orders are handcrafted to order and sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
The 3–5 working day timeframe includes both our production time and Royal Mail’s delivery service.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2 working days once dispatched, but this is a guide service and not guaranteed, so delivery times may vary depending on your location.

UK Express Delivery | 2–3 Working Days
If you need your case sooner, choose Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout.
Your order will be prioritised in our production queue and shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24, which aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch.
While faster than standard delivery, Tracked 24 is still a guide service and not guaranteed.

UK Special Delivery | 1-2 Working Days
For time-critical orders, select Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Your order will receive priority production and be shipped using Royal Mail’s fully guaranteed next-working-day delivery service, arriving by 1pm after dispatch.
This is the best option if you need your display case for a specific date or occasion.

International Standard Delivery | 7-10 Working Days (Guide)
We ship worldwide using tracked international postal services. Delivery times vary by location, but typically orders to the USA, Australia, and Canada arrive 7-10 working days after we ship them. Please note this is a guide only, we can’t control customs processing times, which vary by country and can add additional days to your delivery.

Please Note: All deliveries to USA are sent DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) so our customers do not have to pay any further customs or taxes.

International Express Delivery | 24-48 Hours After Dispatch
For guaranteed rapid international shipping, choose our express service. Orders are sent via DHL Express and typically arrive 24-48 hours after dispatch from our warehouse. Your order also jumps to the top of our production queue.

Depending on our current production schedule, we may be able to accommodate same-day manufacturing and next-day delivery. We can’t guarantee this is always possible, but we’ll always check and do our very best to help.
