Not, unless stated. Bright Ivy display cases are designed to protect and present your own meaningful object. Items shown in photos are for illustration only, to help you visualise how the case can be used. The only exception is our Turnkey gift cases which are supplied with the meaningful object.

Engraving allows up to four lines, with a maximum of 30 characters per line. This is ideal for names, dates, places, or short messages that add meaning without clutter.

Yes. You can upload your own image for optional UV-printed backgrounds. These are printed to cover the full back panel of the case, creating a clean, integrated backdrop for your display.

All cases are personalised and finished in the UK. Personalisation typically adds a short processing time, which is clearly shown at checkout. You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
